Quick tips in recharging and regaining motivation

I'm no immunity from lack of self motivation from time to time as I'm not perfect but I have also learned how to recharge when the lack of self motivation tries to move in.

1. Get up and organize something

Whether it be a file cabinet or cabinet space in the bathroom, something about cleaning your space gives a little cleanse to the spirit.

2. Music for many is therapy

Organize a playlist in a place like an i pod, computer, i pad, or cd with songs that positively motivate you. Listen to it when getting yourself together for the day. Don't turn on the news or do anything except listen to your motivational mix as that may set the mood and help with your mind set for the rest of the day.

3. Clean your space of negativity and negative people


Negative people and negativity in general will bring you down low and cloud your thought process....its okay to let things and people go sometimes to better yourself as you cant care for anyone or anything if you cant care for your own well being.

4. Dont live in fear of the unknown

Life is precious and no one is promised the next day. Take a chance and live. Be careful of course...but not fearful. You will be surprised at what you can achieve.

5. Dream and take steps one day at a time

Dream and take a small step everyday towards that dream. Make a task list or small journal of things you think you need to do each day to accomplish something towards your goal. Mark off each task as you accomplish it.

6. Dont give up!

If a task fails....don't give up. I was once a victim of this. Once I learned not to do so, many doors opened.

7. Indulge in spirituality and meditation

For some, taking the time out to meditate gives a little food to the spirit. Below I have included a link to a spot called sound therapy that has some great things for beginners.

I hope these tips are just as helpful to you as they have been to me and I have included some links below that also have helpful tips in the journey to positive self motivation.

Amen!! We all go through challenging times but having negativity in your space only makes it worse.

Yes! Leave the haters behind and realize there are people that want nothing more but to see you succeed! Just another motivation...not disappointing anyone, mainly yourself!
